Travel-performance.com has a set of terms & conditions for users to investigate before using the website. It is very important that users carefully read ALL the terms & conditions before using the website. Using the website will automatically mean that the user consents the terms & conditions. However, if you disagree with our terms & conditions – please do not use the website.

Prohibited actions on the website

Our company was designed specifically to provide customers with all their travel needs (airlines, hotel accommodation, etc.) and so any unlawful actions are strictly prohibited on the website and they are as follows:

  • Any unlawful, fake, or spam action
  • Actions that are harmful, destructive, or troublesome to any users
  • Actions based on business, trading, or profitable reasons – and not private use.
  • Transmitting, submitting, or doing any unapproved advertisement or publicizing
  • In disagreement with these terms of use

Best Prices – Guarantee

The company assures customers that we are presenting them with the best deals and prices available online. If a customer finds a lower airfare or price than the one which was booked on our website, they may cancel their booking and apply for a refund of money per our refund policy. In this case, we may also ask the customer to provide us with proof of the lower fare whether in the form of a document or the link to a website. Our quality team will go over the evidence and confirm its authenticity and claim then we will provide the customer with a refund or provide the customer a refund of the difference in the fare.

Website Usage & Ticket Purchase

Following our terms and conditions, users of the age of 18+ years have the legal permission to use and book services through the website. In case the user is using the website for another individual, it falls upon them to ensure the other individual fully understands the terms and conditions of the website. You will take full accountability and responsibility for the tickets or services booked. The company allows users to upload documents or other material to the website, but it must be in sync with the laws and principles of the website.

Booking Policy

  • The prices and rates stated on the website include ALL government taxes.
  • In case of a sudden increase in fare prices, server issue, or payment gateway issue – travel-performance.com is liable to cancel the ticket and forfeit the cancellation fees. The difference in amount should be paid to the company’s account after communicating the problem with our customer service department.
  • The booking will only be valid after paying the FULL amount prior to the confirmation.
  • If the customer wants to book a ticket for an infant (MUST be 2 years old or younger) then the customer must have proof of age. If the infant is above 2 years, then a separate ticket will need to be booked.
  • It is mandatory that during checking in or confirmation – the infant must be associated with an adult of the age of 18+.

Please note that the tickets booked will be governed and controlled under the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ vendor.

Booking Confirmation

Once the customer is done with the booking experience on the website, a confirmation email is sent out along with the ticket number. Through this email, the contract will start between the customer and the chosen vendor. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all the info to ensure there are no mistakes or confusions. As for special requests (disabled person, infant, child seat, etc.), these options are available and will be communicated directly to the service provider.

Fees & Exceptions

Besides the service provider’s expenses and bookings, travel-performance.com may charge an additional administration fee. This fee is charged per ticket/ per booking and is nonrefundable – it will be made clear before submitting payment as well.

  • Service/ administration fees will be converted to your local currency when on the payment page for your convenience.
  • Passenger type: Adult – child – senior – student – infant – military
  • All administration/ service fees are exposed to change without prior notice.
  • All Government fees/ taxes are exposed to change without prior notice.
  • The FINAL total of fees will be displayed BEFORE submitting any payment.

Exceptions may apply to the above service/ administration fees:

  • Online vacation package: service fees are up to $50 per person.
  • Business & First Class tickets: service fees are up to $100 per person.
  • Multi-city trips: service fees are up to $100 per person.
  • Multi-airline trips OR cities with high fraud rates: service fees are up to $30 per person.
  • The service/ administration fees on certain airlines may reach up to $35 per person.
  • Call center service fees may be higher than online service fees – the fee can reach from $10 to $200 per person.
  • Call center bookings include premium package benefits.

Booking Amendments & Charges

As per requirement of airlines, booking through travel-performance.com may be subjected to certain additional charges by the airline. The charges and the amendment fee may change from one airline to another, depending on the airline, flight, and booking class. All changes must be made at least 72 hours before the departure date. It is advised to refer to customer support forprecise information and full accuracy.

Cancel & Exchange

Most airline bookings are nonrefundable, however, in case of the service provider allowing a cancellation then a credit will be applied for a future booking for the passenger on the same airline. The airline has its own credit policy in place and the ticket cannot be used after its expiry. The customer is required to contact the customer service dept. to discuss cancellation and discover the limitations. In case of cancellation after the flight or if the customer missed their flight, we cannot assure a refund. If the customer wishes to rebook their canceled ticket, they can do so using the airline credit and only paying the difference in the fare. These policies are set by the carrier and we have no control or management over them.

Cancel & Refund

After 24 hours of booking a flight, car service, hotel, or holiday package – the customer is no longer allowed to cancel. If the customer reaches out within the 24 hours after booking, a cancellation is possible. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted through email, to keep as proof of cancellation and a cancellation charge will be applied.
Refunds will only be applied if:

  • You’ve applied for a cancellation and refund according to company rules.
  • You don’t miss your flight/ event or don’t show up – most of these cases are not qualified for a refunding process.
  • Waivers are received from the service providers to process the cancellation and refund.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to define a certain timeline for a refund. After receiving your request, you will receive a confirmation that we’ve received the request and will receive a request number. However, this does not mean you’re qualified for a refund. Then we will start working with the service provider (airline, hotel, car rental, etc.) to receive a waiver (if applicable) and notify you of their decision. The service/ administration fees for the company are nonrefundable. Once and if the refund is approved by the service provider, please leave additional time for the amount to settle and for it to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that the service provider will likely apply a cancellation fee to issue a refund. This entire process may take from 60 to 90 days from the submission of your request. Apart from the service providers cancellation fee, travel-performance.com will apply a cancellation fee as well.
Please keep in mind that these fees will apply ONLY if a refund is processed and approved by the service provider. The post-ticketing fee applied by the company will also be refunded. However, the original service/ administration fee will not be refunded.

Guidelines for accepting requests

  • If the ticketing rules allow for the booking cancellation, the request will be accepted.
  • If you miss your flight or if you’re not allowed to board your flight – you’re ineligible for a refund.
  • If a refund is accepted, it’ll take a maximum of 21 business days to be processed.

Payment Policy

  • Credit cards/ debit cards are accepted (from countries like the U.S., Canada, etc.)
  • All costs appear in U.S. dollars as the main currency
  • Payment can be accepted in two separate processes, which include Airline Base Fare and Taxes. The sum, in the end, will be the same in all cases.
  • Once the payment goes through, your booking is confirmed, and the ticket is officially purchased. If payment is not received, you will be notified within 24 hours.
  • If payment is not approved for security reasons (credit card problems), the payment will not go through and the booking will not be done.
